equals reduced chances of detonation and a cooler air fuel charge which

improve overall performance of your engine. Heat and heat soak are one

number 1 factors in reduced performance but are often overlooked when
trying to
add power to your Mustang.
A lot of people do not
relate
cooling modifications
to adding power but a cooler running engine in a performance
application will
typically always outperform the same combination at a hotter
temperature. Our
stage 1 package is a great starting point to a cooler running Mustang.

1 Package Includes:
Direct
fit high
flow cooling fan.
This plug and play
Ford Racing Electric Fan is a direct replacement to your current
factory cooling
fan. This
fan will install in the exact same location as your factory fan. Your
factory
cooling fan is only held in place by two bolts so installation is a
breeze. Original equipment cooling fan on 2013-14 Mustang Shelby GT500
High
Performance
lower degree thermostat.
Choose your Model Year
from the drop
down above to add the correct high performance
thermostat. The High Performance Thermostat starts to open at about 160
degrees on 05-10
GT's and 170 degrees on 11-14 GT's / 07-12 GT-500's and will be fully
open by
175-180 degrees. This will keep coolant moving through your cooling
system
earlier
than the factory thermostat to help achieve a cool running engine.
Royal
Purple Ice Coolant:
Purple Ice is a high
performance synthetic radiator coolant additive. It reduces engine heat
by reducing the surface tension of the radiator fluids for improved
heat transfer. Purple Ice also helps to prevent the formation of scale
deposits in the radiator for optimum coolant flow, and it lubricates
the water pump seals. Purple Ice should always be used in conjunction
with antifreeze in regions where freezing temperatures occur. Purple
Ice is compatible with traditional ethylene glycol antifreeze (green)
and GM Dex-Cool antifreeze. Brenspeed recommends the use of Purple Ice
in supercharger cooling systems like found in the Saleen, Whipple, and
GT500. We also suggest adding Purple Ice to your engines radiator
coolant to help aid in cooling.
