EXEDY cerametallic clutches are designed to handle the abuse of high powered modified engines. The cerametallic friction material can handle much more slippage than stock type disc assemblies without slipping and fading. All cerametallic discs feature spring center dampers to reduce impact and shock loads.  This also translates to better street driving while having enough clamping power for the race track.

Each Exedy flywheel is certified to meet SFI 1.1 spec, and is legal in competition where SFI Spec 1.1 is required or recommended.
