your Kooks Long Tube Headers with a Kooks Mid Pipe. The 3"
inlet only connects directly to Kooks long tube headers and the 2-1/2"
outlet will connect to your factory, or factory style, cat-back.
Kooks
mid pipes are made from mandrel bent aircraft quality T304 stainless
steel. Kooks only uses the highest quality stainless steel unlike their
competitors. Smooth bends create superb exhaust flow which greatly
impact horsepower. Kooks systems are bolt-in and never
require any cutting or welding. All necessary hardware is included.
Kooks
has designed and produced a 400 cell count metallic high flow catalytic
converter that is standard in every system. Most manufacturers build
their catalytic converters with a 200 cell count catalyst which is
supposed to be used for industrial applications, not automobiles. Kooks
is the only company in the industry that has a 49-state EPA approved
catalytic converter that can be used in any of their systems. This
catalyst flows just as much as the standard high flow cats and
significantly reduces the likelihood of a Check Engine Light
illuminating.
Each
Kooks exhaust system is designed specifically for the engine and
vehicle it is built for. Kooks utilizes the firing order of the engine
when designing their exhaust tubes. The most technically advanced
equipment is used when designing Kooks exhaust systems. Every system is
dyno and race tested to ensure the results are up to Kooks'
expectations. This means Kooks can guarantee their exhaust makes the
