BBK R&D department developed these headers with one thing in mind – Getting even more horsepower and torque out of the all new 2011-14 5.0 liter Mustang that is already putting out nearly twice the horsepower of its 5.0 predecessor! This all new rugged BBK header design is constructed with 1-3/4” CNC Mandrel-Bent tubing and solid 3/8” laser cut exhaust flanges.

The 5.0L 4 Valve engine makes huge gains over stock when adding Long Tube Headers and High Flow Mid Pipe. In our testing we see between 25RWHP and 30RWHP gains over stock!!



The BBK 1633 Titanium Ceramic 1-3/4” Full Length Headers are a great upgrade and includes a set of new gaskets, required hardware and detailed installation instructions for installation.

BBK 1658 Performance short mid X pipes are specifically designed to be used with BBK full length headers to complete installation to cat back exhaust system. The 2011+ GT X-pipe is made from 2-3/4" Tubing and feature a merged X to maximize the potential of Ford's latest high performance engines.
