The GT350 Mustang out of the box is a pretty sweet ride but the naturally aspirated horsepower is not enough for most. For years we have had an option to crank your stock GT350 up to that 700-750 rwhp area via a Whipple Supercharger but what do you do when that is not enough? Introducing our Brenspeed 1000 rwhp turnkey custom build.

The Brenspeed 1000 rwhp/750 rwtq build includes the necessary components to make 1000 rwhp via a custom built engine, Gen 5 Whipple Supercharger, Fore Innovations triple pump fuel system, and cooling mods. Because many of you already have upgraded exhaust, clutch, driveshaft, and suspension those are not included in this package. The build starts with enclosed transport pickup and delivery using our trusted transport service (See Drop Down). Once your GT350 has arrived at Brenspeed we begin with the removal of your stock 5.2L Voodoo engine and say good bye to 526 horsepower as it anxiously awaits it’s new custom 5.2L engine and Gen 5 Whipple Supercharger.

Your 5.2L block is fully machined and receives Darton sleeves. It is re-assembled using custom coated high horsepower pistons, heavy duty wrist pins, billet rods, ARP main studs, total seal rings, and coated bearings to handle the high rpm power this engine can support. Your machined and prepped GT350 heads top off the engine nicely and are attached via ARP 2000 head studs. High Performance cam phasers, lash adjusters, and billet oil pump gears & sprocket are installed as well to maintain full function of variable cam timing at high rpm.

We top off your freshly built 5.2L with the Gen 5 Whipple Supercharger. It is well designed for high boost and made in the United States with the highest quality standards. We use a large 150mm throttle body to feed the supercharger and intercooling is handled by a high volume pump and oversized heat exchanger. To achieve just over 20 psi of boost we rely on a 10 rib belt system with upgraded oversize harmonic balancer.

A build of this magnitude requires two things. Fuel System & great fuel. E85 is the fuel of choice to make big power without detonation and is available most everywhere. It takes a proper fuel system to support 1000 rwhp with E85 so a Fore Innovations triple pump system is used. The complete system includes upgraded lines, 3 pumps designed for E85, FC3 controller to handle powering the pumps, stainless steel fuel filter with monitoring gauge, and ID 1300 injectors to inject the proper amount of E85 into the engine.

To keep this level of power as cool as possible we rely on the Made in the USA Adler aluminum radiator and 170 thermostat. Cooling is complete with a custom rear cylinder head cooling kit that will allow maximum cooling to all 8 cylinders of the engine.

This package includes full engine break in, installation, & custom dyno tuning. Fluids, filters, spark plugs, & E85 for break in are also included in this package.

Photos of the build are provided to you electronically so you can stay up to date on the process and watch us breathe new life into your GT350. Video of your car is also available once complete as well as dyno graphs of horsepower and torque.
